Our multidisciplinary team includes a Mental Health Advisor (MHA) with responsibility for Positive Directions’ Queensland-wide service.
Based in our Brisbane office, the MHA ensures access to psychology, counselling and mental health services through Queensland and assists with the care coordination of clients. The MHA assists staff to provide care to clients with potential and/or identified mental health issues.
The MHA also provides education and advice to other health care providers throughout Queensland regarding HIV and mental health.
